Strawberry Short Cake

Three layers of Bavarian sponge cake are generously filled with a mix of strawberry filling and whipped cream. This cake is iced in whipped cream and the sides are covered with vanilla cake crumbs.  Fancily decorated, this cake is ready for your special inscription at a moment’s notice or it can be topped with fresh fruit for an additional charge.
