Tartufo Mousse Cake

Another spin on a classic dessert! We take a dark chocolate cookie crust and layer it with chocolate mousse, strawberry mousse, and white chocolate mousse. Between each heavenly layer of mousse we spread a thin layer of toasted almonds soaked in cherry liqueur.
